How can I be certain I’ll get the writing I need?

First, we employ researchers and writers who have all been students and who have undergraduate and graduate degrees in all fields of study.  They have themselves written the types of writing you need for hundreds of other students. 

Second, when you place your order, you complete a request form, giving us every detailed specification and requirement.  Your personally assigned writer uses this information to produce your work. 

Third, when you receive the final product, you have the opportunity to review it and request revisions, if it is not exactly as you wish it to be.  We insist that each client be completely satisfied!

If I haven’t received my order by the deadline, or is I have trouble contacting my writer, what should I do?

Get in touch with our customer service center right away!  A staff member will get on it immediately.  Usually, there is a simple answer.  Perhaps your spam filter has prevented delivery; perhaps your writer is waiting for a response from you before final completion; perhaps your email address was incorrectly entered.  Occasionally, the editing process takes a bit longer, as grammatical revisions are being made, and, of course, we scan each piece for plagiarism as well. Whatever the issue, we will resolve it quickly and to your satisfaction!

How do I contact you?

How do your fees compare with other writing services?

It is impossible to compare our pricing with most other writing services, because we do not have a “one size fits all” policy.  Each piece is unique.  While we can give pretty standard and fully comparable pricing for basic works – 5-paragraph essays, basic high school term papers, etc. – but many more complex tasks at the university and graduate levels require an analysis of what is needed prior to an exact price.  We therefore encourage those who are ordering lengthy and complex works to contact our customer service department and discuss the details of the order.  We also have discounts regularly available and will work within your budget.  At times, we establish payment plans as well.  Please understand that pricing may also differ based upon the deadline urgency.  The more time you can give our team to produce a complex work, the less it will cost.

What happens if I don’t receive my order at all?

You will receive a complete refund and an offer for a free work.

How do I know you will not re-sell my work?

Once the final product is delivered to you, it becomes your property.  We do not maintain any database of previously written material, and you will never see your work anywhere else.

Can I use your service and be assured that it will be confidential?

We use a totally secure encryption system so that you personal information is not available even to your writer.  When you place an order, you are given a private account, and no one else will have access to it.  As well, your completed product can only be accessed through your private account.  No one will ever know that you have used our service unless you choose to disclose this information!

Will I receive a refund if I am dis-satisfied with the work?

We produce your order exactly as you have designated. When you receive your finished product, you have the right to review it and to request any revisions you wish, until you are satisfied.  If you are dis-satisfied with your work, please contact your writer or our customer service department. We are happy to revise for you, at no additional charge.  Because we have such a liberal policy regarding revisions, we do not offer refunds for dis-satisfaction. Although this has never happened, if a work were shown to be plagiarized, we would, of course, provide a complete refund! In such case, please send us your claim within 14 days of the paper delivery.
